1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using Flirting with Finance (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. What the Service is — and is not
Flirting with Finance is a research, analytics, and decision-support tool for Indian mutual funds. It aggregates publicly available data (AMFI NAVs, fund metadata) and applies AI models to generate analysis, scores, and reports.
The Service is NOT investment advice. We are not a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser or Research Analyst. Nothing in the Service constitutes a recommendation, solicitation, or offer to buy or sell any security or mutual fund. All outputs — including conviction scores, “Buy SIP / Hold / Switch / Exit” labels, tax suggestions, and goal plans — are informational tools to support your own decision-making.
3. Your responsibility
You are solely responsible for your investment decisions. Always conduct your own due diligence and, where appropriate, consult a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser before acting. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Mutual fund investments are subject to market risks; read all scheme-related documents carefully.
4. For SEBI RIAs and distributors
If you use the Service in the course of providing advice to your own clients, you remain fully responsible for compliance with all applicable SEBI regulations, your registration obligations, and the suitability of any advice you give. The Service is a tool you operate; it does not assume your regulatory duties.
5. Data accuracy
We source data from third parties (AMFI, MFAPI, Kuvera, CAS registrars) and strive for accuracy, but we do not guarantee it. Data may be delayed, incomplete, or contain errors. Verify any figure before relying on it for a transaction.
6. Accounts and security
You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
7. Subscriptions and payments
Paid plans are billed via our payment processor. Fees are stated in INR and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless noted. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Founding-customer pricing, where offered, is governed by the specific terms communicated at signup.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flirting with Finance and its operators are not liable for any investment losses, lost profits, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the Service or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
